We pay $1.00 per lead, but also pay one of the highest commissions in the industry as a bonus- 1 percent of the amount loaned on the first $75,000, .75 percent from $75K to $150,000. and 0.5 percent on amounts above $150,000. With an average loan about $35,000, our average commission is $350. Because we are a small brokerage that specializes in a close, almost consultatvie relationship with clients, we have set up to handle leads by either computer form or telephone.
